pumpkin festival

WELCOME!

We went to the Pumpkin and Squash Festival this week-end and had a great time!

There was lots of produce for sale, all beautifully displayed.

Warty pumpkins!

Isn't this cute!

A covered wagon full of spaghetti squash.

A red wagon full of yellow acorn squash.

A wheelbarrow full of squash.

Beautiful quail eggs.

Fresh pumpkin chips. They sliced the pumpkin on a mandolin, tossed it in the deep fryer and then lightly salted it. It was delicious!

My sweet boys.

hmmmmm, what's this?

A hay maze.

I'm linking up to wonderful Outdoor Wednesday!

  10. I went to a pumpking festival on Saturday, too. I didn't see any white pumpkins or I would have gotten one. I did however, see pumpkin rolls, pumpkin cheesecake, and pumpkin whoopie pies. Do you see a trend here? lol
