Levi says "Hi, welcome to my room!"
I've been meaning to show you the transformation from girly, pink, guest room to baby boy woodland nursery, for awhile now. But, the lighting in Levi's room is horrible for picture taking, plus he naps in there. But I've finally managed to take a few (a few hundred) pictures to show you.
I love Levi's crib. It has a dark, espresso finish. It changes into a toddler bed and then a headboard.
I got the sweet bedding online. I had to wait six agonizing weeks for it.
The underside of the quilt has little circles.....
....the colors and circles matched these curtains perfectly. I found the curtains on clearance at a different store and they weren't part of the bedding line. Boy did I luck out!
I covered these wood letters with scrapbook paper that complements the colors in his room.
This is where I used to feed Levi in the middle of the night. Thankfully he's been sleeping through the night for quite a while now.
I found these cute, vinyl wall clings at Target.
The table is from TJ Maxx and was half the price that they sell them for at Pier One. The rocker is from an antique store and is very comfy.
In case you are wondering about the S on the box, our last name starts with S.
I found the perfect dresser for Levi's room at Costco. It coordinates so well with Levi's crib.
(which was from JC Penney)
Vintage Noah's ark from Ebay. My mom sent us the silver Noah's ark bank.
One of my favorite things in the room is this print from Jeanne Winters.
Twig lamp from Target.
This little wall is between the bathroom door and the closet.
I love these letter prints. Notice all the things in the picture that start with B. Bear, bicycle, blueberries, basket, birch tree, butterfly, bird, and boat.
I punched holes in the letter cards and hung them with ribbon. I covered the nail with a button.
I framed vintage Racey Helps postcards. I wished they showed up better in the pictures.
They all have cute, little, woodland animals playing games.
I got the changing table from Amazon.
I love the deer hamper.
Baskets hold diapers and bibs etc.
The tags are so cute, but they won't last long, Levi is starting to tear them off!
Levi enjoying his room. We hope you enjoyed the tour!

He is too cute, Lisa! I love how you decorated his room and the espresso finish on the furniture. Love those postcard prints.
ReplyDeleteLevi is just squeeze-worthy! And you've done a beautiful job with his room. It will be so easy to transition it with the colors and furniture as he grows. And that antique rocker is to.die.for!
ReplyDeleteCan I come over and spend the night with Levi in his adorable room?
ReplyDeleteYou did such a beautiful job. It's is a woodlands wonderland!
He is precious!
Rhonda
What a darling nursery. Levi is adorable!
ReplyDeleteWell, first, the cutest thing in the room is Levi!! What a cutie! You have done a remarkable job of pulling elements from all over to make an adorable cohesive nursery! I adore those framed postcards. Since I posted about wanting a grandchild, I had to come see your nursery :) Love it!

His room is so cute, but honestly, he is way cuter!!
ReplyDeleteI love all the little details you added to make it special and unique and not so matchy-matchy!
And, I loved your post about painting the ceramic pieces - they really turned out great - not too dark or amatuerish or whatever you said about them - they look wonderful!!
I can't believe how patient you were in finding just exactly the right item for the room. It looks GREAT!
ReplyDeleteI have to agree that Levi is the cutest thing in the room but the whole room is adorable. love the bank your mom sent you :-)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute room! You did a great job with it!
ReplyDeleteLisa, that nursery is so cute. I love the woodland theme. Thanks for sharing this again since I missed it.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely ADORABLE room, but an even MORE adorable baby! And since you are responsible for BOTH of them, congratulations to you!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet, little boy room -- you pulled it all together beautifully!
The rocker reminds me of a family hand-me-down Mission rocker I used when my girls were babies ... nothing like a big old rocker in a nursery!
Cass
What a cute baby room, you are so creative!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving this room! I love the bedding you found and the wall decal is adorable. You've done a great job with the frame collage, and I'm jealous your little man is already sleeping thru the night! My 2.5 yr old is still waking up. Grrr... lol. Thanks so much for linking to the parade!
ReplyDeleteXOXO,
Andy

He is almost 33 now!! lol
Memories are such fun tho!!
You did an outstanding job on all the lovely lil details of the room,

I linked your baby's chair to my blog at www.cabinfever228.blogspot.com, because I'm going to change great grandma's chair for my office/craft room in the basement. Thanks for the picture.
ReplyDeleteHello.
ReplyDeleteLevi's room is precious! I've been thinking about a woodland theme for our baby's nursery. Can you please share where you go the adorable bedding?
Thanks!
I can't remember the name of the company I ordered it from. It is Carters brand and is called Forest Friends. I did a search and it looks like Amazon is selling it right now. :)
ReplyDeleteI just love this idea. We are having a baby in Feb and I'm looking for cute nursery ideas. I must say this is just fantastic! I especially love the bedding!
ReplyDeleteI love this room! I'm thinking about doing something similar in my nursery. Do you know the name brand of the twig lamp? I have searched on Target.com and can't seem to find it. Also, the laundry hamper.... do you know the name or where or where to find it?! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYour nursery is too cute! Where did you get the blanket? I would be interested in getting one too. Thanks!
