Including a cowboy hat!!
Yee Ha!
Here's proof that I will paint absolutely anything.....
Here's how the hat started out. I picked up this scary thing at a garage sale. I bought it from my neighbor, who is a good friend of mine, so I know she doesn't have cooties. ;)
I spritzed it with flat white spray paint because I still wanted the straw to show through. I then applied glaze. WHY am I painting a cowboy hat, you may be asking. Because my sweet little Levi turned 1 year old this month and we are throwing him a rootin' tootin' cowboy birthday bash this week-end! So the "new" shabby chic hat is for me.

ReplyDeleteI love your painted cowboy hat. I just recently bought me a pair of cowboy boots. Don't ask me where I'm going to wear them. I have no idea! Thanks so much for your sweet comments. If there's one thing we love more here in the South than sweet tea, it's big hair!
